Beaded Shimmery Guess Dress

So beautiful! Worn once for my birthday. Color is like a shimmery graphite (sheer) with a black slip lining. Zip closure with elastic side panels. Adjustable straps. About 32" long from top of shoulder. Dress has been dry cleaned and in my closet for some time. I did notice a spot on the side (See last photo). Am not sure if it is a small stain or just an area lacking shimmer? Do not think it will be noticeable when wearing due to your arms but am open to offers. Great dress for holidays!!
