Beaded Sequin bling sew-on appliqué 14" x 12" Vintage Never used v-collar NWOT

Dazzling New Gold & Black specialty sequin applique can be attached to garment by hand sewing or fabric glue. This was purchased at a Music conference booth for customized costumes and uniforms, but I love shiny things and thought it was beautiful, but have never used it. Purchased in the late 1980s. It has never been used but would look great to add personality and sparkle to a plain top or anything where you can imagine it. Measurements are in photos. approximately 14" wide and 12" tall.
