This is a brand new without tags hand hand beaded purse strap with “how about them dogs” on the front. It’s very high quality and is vey detailed. Please note UGA fans - this purse strap has a DARK BLUE, not black, background with red lettering. (I made that mistake when I bought it because in photos it can look black - see last pic).
