J. Crew Factory Blue Seersucker Striped Pencil Skirt Size 8

This is a pretty blue striped seersucker pencil skirt from J. Crew Factory. It was only worn a couple of times. The skirt is fully lined and has a nice back zipper. Measurements are (flat) Waist: 16” Length: 21”
