This is so chic with just jeans, dark denim or a skirt! It ties in the back neck you can make it super tight or let it hang down It’s a small but would probably fit a medium. It’s a little big in me but u can adjust the top neck part to make it tighter. I have worn it with a blazer or sweater on top !
