BCBG blue/purple flowy skirt with black elastic waistband. this skirti took pics of all three. first with the black elastic waist band tucked into the skirt so only the blue/purple shows. second with the black elastic waist band entirely upwards and third with the black elastic waistband folded over. waistband across 14 inches --16 inches stretched length 19 inches with black elastic waistband entirely upwards and 16 inches with the foldover look or tucked in MATERIAL 95% polyester 5% spande
