@yyb1961 maybe an inch and a half? I don't have a measure tape to be exact but that's what I would estimate it

@yyb1961 closer to the tip of the toe it's about an inch from the bottom but the ball of your foot is about an inch and a half

@yyb1961 the bands are stretchy so they are very comfortable to walk in I feel. I'm just really tall already so I don't like wearing them.
