Used inline hockey skates. They do have scuffs and scrapes from being worn. Haven't been used very much. Wheels are in good condition. I believe they are a size 8, but can't find a tag on the interior marking them. I pulled out insole to show measurement.

@shrimpy96 yes. just found original order and skates are skate size 8, which is men's 9.5.
