Preloved condition, works great It quickly assesses the charge level of various battery sizes: AA, AAA, C, D, N, 9 volt How it works: you insert the battery into the slot and connect it to the terminals, including the 9V at the top. The analog meter at the top indicates the battery’s condition. It indicates good, weak or replace. Very simple very fast.
