Great for fishing, boating or water activities. Made in USA, likely in the 1980s or 1990s and associated with the "Team Tracker" design that included the retro stripe. Clean pre-owned condition. Doesn't appear this was used much. No sign of excessive sun exposure or fading. No rips in nylon shell. Zipper works well. I really can't find any significant wear at all, no marks or anything.
