Basil & Maude Skirt

Basil & Maude skirt with tulle on hem, white sequin flower, and embroidery. I collected B & M skirts for a while, but sadly, this doesn't fit me anymore 😔 It has been recently hand washed and line dried. GUC. The last 2 pics shows some spots. Pet friendly home.
