Super cute and comfortable. The shorts are elastic. IMO this outfit runs small. It’s size XS (4/5) but I think it would fit a 3t better. The lettering in the ‘b’ is cracking a little. It’s not really noticeable when on. No rips or stains. Would be cute paired with a blue jean jacket too! PFSF home
