fit4me94 @jood4 Hey there! I uploaded pictures with the measurements. Please take a look at them. It is 16 1/2” laying flat. And it is 21 1/2” stretched out. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Oh also, I need to mention this. When I pulled them back out I discovered that they are a very dark dark blue not black like I originally thought.

fit4me94 @jood4 I’m sorry I meant to say 15 1/2” not 16 1/2”. But yes ma’am it is in the waist. That is the measurement just laying flat not stretched out. The other picture shows it stretched out.
