This is a polyester/rayon blend red plaid women's blazer jacket from the 1990s, the brand is Barrie Stephens. It is only partially lined. There are slip pockets at the hips and a one-button closure with a gold tone plastic button. The shoulders are padded but that could be easily removed if necessary.
