Baron Woolen Mills Vintage Mackinaw Buffalo Check Red/Black Wool Coat - Large

Really amazing vintage wool coat! Front pockets are great for going out and storing stuff: gloves, hats, keys, phone. The back zip is a huge compartment that you can use to put anything in. The interior cuff grey fabric is what lines the pockets and the interior of the sleeves, it’s a type of flannel/fleece cotton that’s really soft to your arms/hands and really makes the jacket super cozy. No size tag anywhere so please check measurements. Pit to pit 24”/length 29”. I’m 6’ tall, 160lbs slim build and it’s a little large on me so it would fit a medium to large depending on your build. It’s vintage so it does have some tiny burn spots and some slightly dark/discolored areas but with how thick the wool is they are very hard to see because they are not obvious unless inspecting the jacket. Manufactured in Brigham City, Utah. The Historic Baron Woolen Mills survived for over a century before shutting down in the late 1980’s. Very interesting company if you’re into history of garments/manufacturing. Another of these jackets posted online dates this jacket to the 1940s.
