Barney’s NY x LEGO sterling silver ring

I bought this at Barney’s New York at the Woodbury Commons, circa 2000-2003-2004 I have no idea who te jeweler is so if you know or if you know someone who knows their obscure NYC art jewelers please share and let me know. Thank you! This is a fun very wearable piece of art. I’ve never really taken it apart except the scorpion. But it’s all there as I acquired it. My finger is about a 4.75 - 5
