Are these leather? Also what are the measurements of the shaft and calf?

@teresamccarter My apologies for the delay! The shaft height is 13.5 inches, and the calf width is 6.75 inches. The back of the boot is actually made of flexible material though, so when stretched fully the calf width is about 7.5 inches!
