Brand new. This coat is very oversized. I sized down by one size. Some reviews show people sizing down two sizes. This is a uk 8 USA 4 but fits more like a uk 12 USA 8. The hood is detachable. Fully lined in a tartan print that is on the inside of sleeves. You can roll sleeves back and expose the tartan which looks really nice. Purchased this in England. Price is firm. This style and color is sold out everywhere.
