Barbie Rave Halter

Velcro top, would be better if it was replaced with a button. Bought in a thrift store a few years ago, someone wrote there name inside near the tag(can be seen in second pic). Some loose strings. Looks amazing in the light. Doesn’t have a brand I think it might be handmade. In between a medium/small. Willing to add as a gift, in on a buy one get one. (:
