Barbara Barbara Vintage ruffled dress

This vintage dress is by Barbara Barbara and is vintage from the 80's in a black and red floral print. The cut of the dress is very flattering on all shapes. It has a V neckline with buttons going down the center. The ruffled flouncy sleeves are super pretty and feminine. The dress goes in at the waist followed by layers of ruffles on the skirt. It is in very good condition except for one button is missing. This can easily be replaced with another black button and you won't even know the difference. It also needs a small mend at the back hem slit (see last photo). Bust- 19” Waist- 13.5” Length- 40”-ish Items come from a smoke and pet free home.
