Bandolino, Mandie jeans, size 16. The jeans are in good shape. Jeans have no wearing at the cuffs, the knees are in between the legs. The measurements are as follows the waist (without Stretchbecause they do have 2% spandex ) from side to side is approximately 18 1/2 inches but will stretch. Ice is approximately 12 inches.
