New hat, missing fabric tag/ I was planning to keep, cut tags off- then stored but never worn. Navy wool felt, Wonderfully soft yet holds the beautiful shape hat. Grosgrain ribbon in matching navy color around the base. Measures 52/53 cm head circumference. Amazing feeling - not scratchy or hard, great quality and without flaws except for missing fabric tag.
