Any other flaws or damages besides at toes? Could they just be polished or are the scratches deep? Are the insoles well cushioned?

@lauraashley01 cushion is just the thin cushion they have as shown in the photos. The marks are scaped so I don’t think you can polish it off but it’s not too noticable
