Banana Republic peplum blouse

Almost like a hybrid between a tshirt and blouse! It’s an excellent woven fabric on the thicker side which gives it some structure. Color is a very bright red with slight orange undertones (not a purpley red). The hem lays flat in the front but has a peplum type ruffle on the hips and across the back hem.
