-excellent pre owned condition. this was mine last year and I never actually got to wear it and now it doesn't fit me. has been store so a bit wrinkly. -hand washed and hung to dry. -above the knee -50% linen 50% viscose - approximate measurement: waist across laid flat - 18" top of skirt to bottom hem - 17.5" C
