Banana Republic dress size 4

Navy dress with white polka dots by Banana Republic. Dress is lined. Sleeves have pleats for a “puffed” effect. Chest measures 17” across. Waist (which features pleats) is 15” across. Length is 36” long. Sizing: I found this dress to run a size large. I’m typically a size 6 and fit this size 4. Dress is lined and can be machine washed. In gently preowned condition free of flaws.
