Banana Republic black one shoulder evening dress

Banana Republic Monogram back one shoulder evening dress with tie belt. Bought in Chicago and never worn. Has been stored in a smoke and pet free home and in a bag to keep color rich and no fading. But it does need a good steaming (clearly). It’s really gorgeous and still in good condition but doesn’t fit anymore.
