There is the option to turn up collar and zip all the way up, with inner and outer buttons to secure. Sleeve cuffs each have a decorative strap with working button. Coat features large pockets on each hip, and a stylish striped lining with all edges finished. Tag tells that it is made of 88% wool and 12% viscose, and was made for the holiday season of 2008. In perfect condition: no flaws - never worn! Measurements: Fit - Small Bust - 39" Waist - 36" Hip - 38" Length - 31" Bust, waist, and hip measurements are taken flat, then doubled.
