Banana Republic Women's blouse size Medium Disty print in black, blue, and white. Puff sleeves, Peplum waist. Nine buttons down the front - one missing - the 3rd from the bottom as shown. Does not seem to matter, but unfortunately, I am not much of a sew-er, so even if I had the button, I couldn't help much. You could wear it as is or add a button there. It's still a very pretty blouse and has a chiffon feel to it!! No other flaws, stains, holes, tears, etc are noted!! Smoke-free! 100% Polyester.
