Beautiful print (paintbrush-like strokes) silk dress from BR Outlet. Colors are navy, grey, white, and a muted grey/brown. Gathering at neck and waist. Waist has a small attached band that acts like a seam and is hard to see on the pictures but makes for a beautiful silhouette. Cap-sleeves and knee length on me (I'm 5'6).
