Banana Republic Navy Blue Skirt

Banana Republic navy blue skirt with scallop hem. Gently used, but in great condition, like new. Size says 0, but I would say more like a 0P. Please see photos for measurements. For reference, I am about 5 feet tall and this skirt sits on the waist, and hits right at the knees. It has a little bit of a stretch to it, so it’s pretty comfortable and fits well. 100% polyester, dry clean only. Hook and eye closure above hidden zipper. Comes from a smoke free home.
