Banana Republic Mint Green Peplum Top SMALL with some flaws

This top has been in my closet for some time and still in great shape it has a couple spots but I feel someone could get them out. It’s 100% polyester but feels like a heavy silk material. I love the v neck and the lower peplum top with ruffle cap sleeves
