Lined and has lots of zippers including at the sleeve bottom which I failed to photograph, the rest are in the photos. All zippers work as they should. Designed to hit at the hip it is a size small and measures: shoulder to shoulder across the back is 15.5", pit to pit, also across the back is 18". The sleeve length measuring from the top of the shoulder is 25". Super soft.
