Banana Republic Factory dress. Short sleeves, scoop neck. T-shirt dress with tie-waist. Optional sash included, the belt loops have been removed (see eighth photo). Green and navy blue striped pattern with navy trim at the ends of the sleeves and bottom hem. 100% cotton. Great for spring and summer!
