Banana Republic Factory striped pencil skirt in blue and white

In great used condition. No flaws. The size is a 00P (petite) but it fits like a 0-2 depending how you want it to fit. I usually find that Banana Republic runs 1 or even 2 sizes too big. Measurements laying flat: Waist: 12.5” (it’s stretchy it fits me perfectly as a size 25) Length: 20.5”
