Banana Republic Damselfish Blue V-neck Cardigan

Size small, brilliant blue (BR apparently based the color on a real fish! Just google damselfish!) with gold buttons and a navy lining on the collar, pockets and wrists. Although it was only worn twice and dry-cleaned once, the tag is a little loose (see picture).
