Banana Republic Blazer Dress

Banana Republic sleeveless blazer dress with fun fringe on the bottom. Can be worn buttoned closed as a dress, or layer it over a skirt, pants, or shorts and wear it open. One chest pocket and two pockets in front. Size is a petite 10, and for reference, I’m normally a 2-4 and I like the way it looks on me.
