This Banana Republic Peplum Blouse is in excellent condition. I'm selling it because it was used no more than 3 times and just sat in the closet (in a pet-free and smoke-free home). It is great as a staple piece. It features flutter sleeves with lace up ties that can be worn in the front or back. It's a size small petite, but hangs more flowy and loose on the form due to its fabric composition. Material feels like the soft, slinky Spandex type garments.
