Is the top/bust stretchy at all, do you mind getting a measurement (as brands can be so variable!)

@maybzilla Hello! The bust has some stretch due to the elastic waistband on the back. It’s well made and has a full skirt. The waist is about 28inches and the overall fit is a true size 4. This dress would be too big for a 32B so maybe 34B+.
