Elegant black midi pencil skirt with shiny and smooth polyester/cotton fabric outer, acetate liner inside. Zips up the top back, has back center slit at bottom hem for easy moving, and waist is high waisted (14” side to side). Top to bottom length is 22”. Hips side to side is 19”. Beautiful to wear to evening outings, office, etc! No flaws, has a satin beige inner waistband with the BR tag for Banana Republic. Nonsmoking home, lightly worn, like new, but no shopping tags.
