Beautiful and classy black velvet heels with removable velvet ribbons. Can be laced up or removed completely for a simple black heel. A romantic ballet-esque 4 inch heel. Only worn a couple of times. Slight discoloration to toe of right heel, pictured in last photo. Barely noticeable when on! Smoke free and pet friendly home.
