Baltic Born Victoria Off The Shoulder Maxi Dress size Small in hunter green

Size small Hunter Green in color Purchased from Baltic born website No longer has the string that ties around the waist However it has been altered at the hem to fit me (I’m 4’11) Measurements are in pictures I do still have the material that was cut from the bottom when it was professionally altered so that could be used to make a belt/tie to go around the waist area. This does cinch at the waist however it is stretchy enough to fit a Medium possibly even a large (maybe a little on the tighter side) Worn once and has been stored in my closet since Please ask questions before purchasing if you have any.
