NEW with tag. Sold Out On Line!!! Never worn. Purchased for a wedding yet decided on another style. It is a beautiful piece. Elegant. Flowing. Shimmer. Glitter. Feminine. Classy. I would love for someone to enjoy & be gorgeous in, fall, winter or spring. Its color on the site is “winter blue”. The photos from the web site show it to be a slight brighter blue than photos I took. Blue lining with tulle overlay. Hook & eye closure on back. Walking slit to left leg. No flaws. No picks. Have you tried it on? Trying to get an idea on what size it best fits. I’m tall and usually a size 10 so often between a medium and large. Thank you! I did look on Baltic Born’s site but too few reviews to make a solid judgement
