Balsam Hill Christmas tree. Comes with instructions, official letter, gloves, topper extension kit 18”, storage bags, and the bottom. Fluffs out on its on, no additional assembly. Most realistic tree. Will need to replace one of the lights at the top in picture. We have downgraded our home and will no longer fit in ours. 7.5 feet. Also have balsam hill 18”tree extender that will come with it.
