Hi - my understanding is that Balmain uses French sizing which means a 42 is a size 10US. Could you possibly measure across the chest from armhole to armhole and across the shoulders from seam to seam so I'll know if it will fit? Thanks so much.

@paldjd Hi sorry for late response. The measurements from shoulder to shoulder is 18 inches. The measurements around chest under arms is 42 inches
