drebinder @aoy_phatcharin i’m so bummed it’s only 20 inches. It would need to be 21 to 23 for me to fit as a proper Crossbody. I’m 5‘6“. I love this bag so much. Just some advice because people will look for any reason to return an item you can keep the measurements in there and maybe put in the description depending on your height, this could be used as a Crossbodybut I wouldn’t put it when you choose back style. I would put women bags shoulder bags

drebinder @aoy_phatcharin I meant when you choose category, I would choose shoulder bag which BALLY typically made shoulder bags and the strap was long to where it hit below your hip back in the 80s so this is a true shoulder bag. I would just hate for someone to buy it and say oh it says Crossbody in the category and then open a return case

drebinder @aoy_phatcharin OK so it looks like it’s on the low the lowest peg but it actually has an extra inch to an inch and a half. I think it’s closer to 23 inches which is perfect because on the hook, you took the tape measure and instead of putting it under the bagtouching the very top of the strap you did it from the outside and there’s like an inch past the silver hook it’s hanging on. I hope I’m making sense so one of the photos says 22 inches but it’s really 23 which is a good thing.
