This top was handmade by a seamstress who makes costumes for ballroom dance competitions. It is quite wide but drapes gracefully. The flower design has been appliqued to the blouse. The bottom hem measures 56". It has cap sleeves and a v-neck. Not sure what the fabric is but guess it is polyester.
