Hi! Does this fit comfortably when worn on shoulder? Or is it more meant to be worn on arm?

I wear it over my shoulder as an oversized tote. I would say an average arm and that works well. It also of course can be a tote- carry bag . I used it a few times as a carry on for travel- rests on my luggage bag. Hope that helps!
