Balenciaga 2009 Black Lace Knee Length Dress Size 38

Beautiful black lace dress by Balenciaga when Nicolas Ghesquière was creative director in 2009. Partially lined, has a unique almost wrap sort of quality so it can be completely undone in front. Gently used, some loose threads, but nothing noteworthy. There is a black button on the left chest area that I believe is for the fold of lace to be fastened, but I did not see a button hole on the lace fold, so unsure (can likely just be removed or sliped in any of the lace knit's holes. Please note the label at the neckline has been cut, should say "Balenciaga Black Dress", care tag is intact. Size 38, measurements provided below for reference.
