Bailey Blue skirt, size medium (runs small), NWOT

Bailey Blue skirt, NWOT, size medium, runs very small but fabric is very stretchy. Purchased from Zulily. I’m a size 6 and it’s too tight and short for me to wear confidently:) the top is a stretchy black pull on band. Measurements in photos. 60% cotton, 35% polyester, 5% spandex, made in USA.
